I'd move to China. I love the Chinese culture and food (the authentic one). The cons are that China is very overcrowded, especially at the most famous cities, and very polluted due the factories and stuff. But the pros include the magnificent culture I've said before, the style of life and the organized model of life I'm touched about.
Japan, I love the language, culture, food looks amazing.. it looks like such a peaceful country and even if I can't move there I would love to go there some day.
I've traveled quite a bit and everywhere has its pros and cons. I doubt I would want to stay complacent anywhere for too long. That being said, Portugal and Croatia are definitely at the top of the list. Both are amazing countries, cheapish cost of living, and tons of activities. Getting extremely drunk ($1 beers) while island hopping in Croatia was one of my favorite vacation experiences and I'd have no issues doing that daily. That being said, Portugal had better food and when it comes down to living somewhere, I'm choosing the food > fun.
