Guys, in the last 24 hours I've had to speak to 3 different users about the language they're choosing when insulting others (i.e., Drazu, Tony P). The English language is full of creative ways to express your displeasure about a person or situation. Please do not resort to using language that is offensive to different groups in society. When I was a kid, it was everyone using "gay" when they meant "bad" or "stupid". Lately on clraik, it has been "retarded".
*puts on teacher hat* How would you feel if someone started using your name as a synonym for "bad"? Ugh, omg, that's so fucking Bacchus of you! Not nice.
Not saying you can't express your opinions, please just do it in a way that doesn't degrade members of our community or society. Thanks! <3
