Same thing happened to me..I'm out of points now after trying to apply one of the perks but it still says "Apply" and I didn't get the perks yet..

This is why I'm glad I have mostly decided to wait until the perks are fully vetted. Was afraid things like this would happen! I'm sorry it's happening to you guys though x__x

I didn't check to see if it was mentioned in this thread, but I tried to mess around with the javascript on the perks page to make the limited options usable again. They go through the dialog windows as if it is working, but nothing happens after the page refreshes. It's most certainly double checked server-side. It was worth a try. I only tried to test it once so that it wouldn't appear like I was intentionally fuzzing the page, and only on the same pet that received the perk in the first place. Anyone is welcome to test if it somehow would work on another pet than the one that originally received the perk, or if they find a way to trick the perk into working again some other way.

Edit: Also, I tried to send in a ticket to see if they could reset the Limited Edition perk, and got Rico who flatly told me no. Figured staff will continue to be unhelpful about this, but was also worth a try.
