Brain Tree Quest Avatar?

Anyone knows the secret to getting into the top 50 HST of the Brain Tree Quests?

According to JN:

After successfully completing a quest for the Brain Tree, you will receive a reward. This reward consists of an item and a random number of Neopoints. The possible item prizes are listed below, and the Neopoint prize generally does not exceed 5,000 NP.

So I kept wondering how people got more than 5,000 nps. (The top 50 currently have 6,000 and above :\)

From (you need an account to see links) in 2018, it said that we could complete the quest more than once per day through the link but I think that has since been fixed because I can't access it to get more quests other than the one that I've done.

Anyone has any idea about this?

I think it's like nerks where sometimes you get lucky and you get more np. I'm fairly certain that's how I managed to get it, and I only ever played once a day.

I think it's random as well. I remember when I got a random 5k+ neopoints (forgot the exact figure) and got the avatar, and the gold trophy

Granted, it was less satisfying because StealthCORE did it and not me ;p

I just checked and I have the trophy (score was about 10k) but not that av cause I got it before 2018 I guess I'll be adding it to the dailies list!

I've been trying for it too and it is totally based on luck. Probably easier to get it the first few days of a new month like all other high score tables...

There was once I've gotten 6k+ nps but did not make it on the HST since the scores were higher towards the end of the month
I just continued doing it religiously every single day till I finally got the avatar.

Ah I guess that makes sense then. In general you usually don't get more than 5k, but when you're lucky enough to get it, then you'll get the avatar. Guess I misread and misunderstood it!

Verdict: You can't do it more than once a day since the exploit in the past has been "fixed" so you can only do it everyday till you're lucky enough to get enough nps to get on the leaderboard.
