Rayquazza was my favourite legendary. I also loved Salamance , Metagross and Blaziken from Hoenn
From Kanto Charizard and Dragonite
From Sinnoh Empolean , Palkia , Lucario , Spritomb and Garchomp
and from Jhoto probably Feraligatr Heracross and Houndoom.

I stopped playing after those generations. Haven't played Pokemon Black/white and X/Y yet.
