Steam Powered Giraffe: I love the mix of old and new vibes. Lots of upbeat music. I like listening to them while at the gym.
Nightwish: Always a go to for me. Their music over the years has been amazing. I prefer some older stuff (the more operatic?? ones)
    Also a Nightwish fan.

You should check out Epica (if you're into the operatic Nightwish stuff you'll love them), Wintersun & Within Temptation

For heavier stuff I also like Dark Tranquility

If I had to pick just one, it'd probably be Tom Waits.
His guttural singing voice really adds an extra impact to his songs.

It's really hard to choose just one artist. I'll just list a small handful of my favorites, then.

Within Temptation, Evanescence, t.A.T.u., Eurythmics, Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, Flyleaf, Fleetwood Mac... really, I could go on forever. Too many to name!

Tie between two very different artists.

    1. SHINee
A Kpop (Korean pop) group from SM Entertainment. There were five members: Onew, Jonghyun, Key, Minho, and Taemin. Jonghyun unfortunately passed away in December 2017 (suicide), but SHINee will forever have a piece of my heart regardless. Every member is insanely talented and they work fabulously together as a group. They can sing, dance, and rap, and they are just wonderful people with fantastic personalities. ^^ Jonghyun's vocals are breathtakingly beautiful.

    2. Jon Bellion
New York City born brilliant artist with very deep and meaningful but unique songs/albums. Explicit albums with some elements of faith/religion but despite my lack of religion I really love his music. All of it. Literally all of it. Which is hard for me usually.

^^ Thanks to Menine for the icon & Gremlin for this userbar!

I think he is also quite famous in Asia too. His music videos are great, which really got those cyberpunk feeling.
