Wasn't me but the other day my partner was making pizza and had it in the oven. Y'know how it goes. We got distracted and I was sick mostly in bed so it was up to him to keep an eye on it. Like 2 hours later he decided to check because he was finally like "Oh shit, what's that burning smell?" He opened the oven to a black and crispy disk or charcoal.

I once forgot to put hot coco powder in the mugs so they were just hot water. I'm that terrible at cooking that my kids think I made them hot water as a treat.

Accidentally made teargas because I thought it would be a good idea to sautee some dried chilies in oil before adding the other ingredients.

I had a lot of failures. I once made hummus without knowing the difference between a clove and a head of garlic. I put two whole bulbs of garlic in a small batch of hummus. I'm glad that I found reviews here about best sinkdisposals. I bought one for home and now I can practice my cooking skills more often.
