Neopets user with a name somewhat similar to for_making_layouts. They had a pet named layoutacara or something, and a story on one of their petpages about how their dog died after being kicked in the head by a horse with a Green Day song in the background. I swear I hallucinated that whole account because it's been purged so long ago, but I remember it really well because it was the first place I'd ever heard Green Day. Ah, the early aughts. How I miss them.
Wow that's crazy. I think I remember him being hacked once back in 2004/2005 but he got his account back the same day.

not sure what exactly happened, but if you still wanna use their layouts, head over to /~Suhffer, someone managed to find the entire cache and hosted their stuff there!
