Oh man too much to screen shot so coles notes..

A previous board that ended up being a "positive board" for ideas went south and was deleted....
Addressing concerns about editorial not coming out in time....it was released eventually....
People complaining about lack of updates regarding plot and lack of communication from TNT....
Someone brought up KQ...Scrappy almost snaps...
Scrappy talking about the new acquisition being good news and things are taking time....
People wanting a play by play on daily TNT office doing and Scrappy pretty much saying fuck off and NO
Scrappy didn't know how to use the quote function on the boards and looked like a complete fool in admitting it and someone showing her how to do it...
Someone complaining about the spelling and grammar errors....Scrappy will talk to the news person....

People are pissy about the delay in plot.....even though ages ago Scrappy said it would start in November...Last I checked it is still October so all these people need to calm their neo titties.
Page 10 got deletes cause some account was all pissy some other account got deleted and was trolling.

Overall NP people wanting to be coddled through this whole plot and know everything TNT is doing and want to approve of it. I feel this is generation thing....I'll just leave it at that.

Realistically, I've been hearing people say that the site is dying for the past 5 years now lol.

I think it's funny how much everyone is freaking out. Obviously something went wrong or is taking more time than they thought. There's really only so much they can do - as far as new features go - considering the site has been up almost two decades. Wow! I think everybody needs to have a little patience and chill out a bit.

I agree that everyone needs to be more patient. It's October 27th and people are freaking out about a plot that was stated would start in November and then a later update that it would be delayed...just take it as it is and wait!

Every time TNT makes one small mistake or error everyone seems to jump down their throat! I would hate my job if every move I made was being scrutinized so much and no matter what you did it didn't make people happy!

I can see why they would be so eager to climb over one another to ask questions-- it's not often there's public discussion held with staff.
That's practically unheard of on Neopets, and having the chance to voice a concern and possibly have it noticed is a big thing.
Because, hey! Your suggestion might be the one to push fixes or new content.

But, as usual, the userbase has negative 5 chill, so this doesn't surprise me in the slightest.
They said November, yo, so we're getting it in November. Chill it.
If we don't get anything until mid-late November, then it's okay to be annoyed?

(But even then, that's not bad at all: since the beginning of time, Subeta's had a track record of being really late with events/updates/features.
I'm just not really fazed anymore by delays after being on there since the very beginning.)


And all the complaints about "neo is dying " and whatnot don't hold much water at all?
There's been more upwards change this year than there has been for the past few, honestly.

No, because this is what happens...
and it just makes the staff look unprofessional and like people you can go around to yell at their face with no consequences.

She is not a very good community manager. If jumpstart won't allow her to give a play by play of the updates they're working on she should just stay off of the boards.

Every-time she posts, and makes boards.... it gives me a bit of hope for Neopets. We really haven't seen any support from TNT since like Donna would post or dragona7 (or whatever number). I feel like shes taking on a lot more than she can handle. She's the only one who actually interacts with users so she has the deal with the backlash of a whole community.

The people on the boards need to realize that she is doing her best. She is only one person and she already has enough to do with the NT Times and contests. She isn't responsible for the plots and neocash mall. Thats the art department/programming and creative department screwing things up...

Also, giving the person who is trying to interact hell for these things is just going to reduce the amount of communication in the future from TNT...
