Has this ever happened to you? :/

Yesterday, I bought a supposedly secure and pc-safe/legit UC on a shell. All I did is go on to see if the pw worked and if there was anything else worth anything on the account. I was on the account for 2 minutes. Today, I find that it's frozen. What should I do?

I'm new by the way. Call me Solo.

You might want to look at opening a dispute thread. You can open one here: Disputes. Be sure to read Disputes -> Announcements for information on who see the thread, how disputes work, and what information you need to provide.

I'd open a dispute with the seller as the post above mentions. If you didn't change any of the login info, it sounds like the seller scammed you. Search for the UC's name on the Neo search, my guess is that the seller moved the UC to another account and self-froze the account you bought

The UC is still on the original account, so I don't think so? And this didn't happen on this site, it happened on another one

When was the shell last logged in by the seller? Could be that the seller log on it before selling it to you, and the account got banned for being logged in on different IP address in a short time?

Sounds like the pet wasn't as safe as the seller led you to believe? I'd get in touch wth them and see what they can do for you.

About 20 minutes before I logged on. She didn't provide an IP :/

    They're not answering me T.T
Edit: They answered, and are submitting a ticket... do I ask for my money back? Idk

Get in touch with the seller and see if there's anything they can do or an explanation of some sort. If not, I'd go through the disputes or staff team on whichever site it happened on.

Welcome to cK, glad to see it didn't happen to you here at least.

That's probably what triggered it :/

Doubt she could get the account unfrozen in a short time, so better ask for your money back and buy another UC from here. Unless you're willing to wait for it to be unfrozen?

Sudden changes in IP can result in freezing. Unfortunately, you should've waited to log-in, and the seller should've provided you with an IP for your safety.
Hopefully, they're able to recover it through the tickets, but I don't think you'd get your money back. You could ask the seller for it back but I don't know if you'd win it back if you went to disputes. Next time, wait before logging in or ask the seller for an IP of where they've been logging in from.
