Are we allowed to trade NC items for NP items and vice versa?

I have a Thespian & Gold Mine BG I'm looking at selling but would accept np/good weapons for them.

Is this allowed or is it cash only?

You can pay for items (and sell items) for basically any currency here as long as it's agreed upon by the buyer/seller
The trade section rules should also point you in the right direction if you have questions about it, the Mods are also super helpful

@(you need an account to see links) Yes, you may do this. Just be mindful that it keeps our price regulations. So $2/m and $1/cap is for selling to USD. This means that 2 caps = 1 mil.

Thespian BG is 30-40 caps, so 15-20m value. Gold Mine BG is 20-25 caps, so 10-12.5m. I hope this helps.

So this means this site values them at $50-65 USD and would be equivalent to 25-32.5m np.

Is this correct?

Yep. Keeping to that would be totally fine and not break our trading rules.
