Have you drank at least 1 glass of water today?
Have you eaten at least a snack today?
Are you stressing out over anything right now? If so, take some deep breaths. 4 seconds in, hold for 4 seconds, and then exhale for 4 seconds(there's other breathing exercises you can look up, that one is just a suggestion and one that has always worked effectively for me). Do that until you feel mellow and calmer or if you have anxiety.
If you've been working hard on something, take a break and go do something you love to decompress, like read a book, play a video game, etc.
Make sure you're getting enough sleep, take a nap if you need to.
If you're not up in spirits, take a moment to step outside and get some sun, even just for 1 minute.
Just try your best and make sure you're doing what's good for you. Your body is your home and you deserve to be taken care of.
