Need to send a PDF in my email - HELP!

Okay, sorry in advance if this is posted in the wrong section

So... I'm pretty computer literate but I can't figure this one out so sending it out to all you other computer people I'm sure someone will know.

I need to send a PDF file embedded in an email. How is this best done? It has links, words and pictures. I don't want to convert the file to jpeg as it has links. My aim is that the recipient opens the email and the file is open as the email (not an attachment). Ta.

Also, not sure if it helps, but the program I created the document in can also give me a 'html code' for emails - but when I send the email it just sends the code written out, lol.
