They may check your ip again at a different stage on the account. basically anytime you would get a you must login to neopets page to continue it's safe to assume they are logging your browser details and user information.

You could try unplugging your router, checking to see if that gives you a new static IP address. Or, you can call your Internet Service Provider and ask for a new IP address.

Vpns always work I guess, just hope you didnt lose your account

All my account's are fine, all I did was try to login to my old main that I forgot was frozen and bingo IP banned.
