Yes, because icing someone because they did something annoying is a valid reason. When these services/ideas have been offered in the past, they've been shut down by staff because our site doesn't agree with random icing. Why would you want to get somebody iced because they didn't trade with you though? It's their pet and now you know not to bother with that person next time.
