Yeah, ordering online is tough often. It shouldn't be so hard to return something, specially when it's factory defect :p

Man, whenever I order something online that doesn't fit right I just toss it in the bottom of my closet. Jumping through hoops to return things is so frustrating

I spend way too much to deal with that kind of thinking. My pants from Buckle run $150-200 per pair. I can't afford them to not fit.
And my last palette came broken from Sephora. It was $80... They refunded with minimal hassle. Even sent me a free matte lippy which was super nice.
