Maybe not the place for introductions, but health/fitness is my life so it seems relevant. Just joined here (love it btw) and this is my first post. I have a kinesiology masters and opened my own gym after graduating so hopefully I'll be able to help out people here who have any questions about things.
I'm currently doing IF (leangains version- sort of) and doing a 5x5 program. Anyone else here an IF fan?
