What is the best noobinator battle set and how do noobinators work?

I need some help figuring out the best noobinator battle set. I don't know exactly how they work but I'm guessing it's something like this:

Turn 1: Full Block + Bomb
    Turn 2: High damage constant (G-Sword maybe?) + ECA (30hp multi-heal)
Turn 3: Repeat turn 2 until end of battle?

What about a freeze item? Do they make use of that or is it strictly full block on first turn? Would it make sense to full block + freeze on first turn then turn 2 go ham with as many icons as possible?

    I need help haha

Since the battledome is broken (and I think quickfight still is broken), its not a thing anymore.

Typically, it was a low hp+high strength/def build or just an overall original stats pet.

Typically you would go all out with either:
    1) Cursed Elixir+Ghostkerbomb+burrow (CE is too common now so this is super obsolete)
    2) Everlasting Crystal Apple (broken I believe)+freezer+burrow
    3) Rainbow Scorchstone (overheal)+freezer

Then you would destroy them second turn if they didnt freeze/die, or just torment them for hours using ECA. In the odd event, you both had eca, it was whoever got a diamond dust/fiery gaze first, or whoever gave up.

The abilities are super lame and broken now too, so rip noobinating.

That's a good explanation, thanks. Hopefully the game I'm working on will be able to bring back noobinating!
