PayPal was always instant with me. I don't want to buy cards in case they don't work and I have to wait months for JS to give me the NC I bought. -_-

I ended up buying a neocash code through the walmart.com and got the code instantly and I got 3 boxes so I am happy now... however I do hope neopets/paypal get things fixed on their end because I like buying nc through neo also.
I am a little obsessed with a certain yellow sponge.
