How can I fix this error?
I have installed VB6.0 (OCX64 and orther),.net framework,flash player,ascentive-library.
And I reboot my computer more time.
Pls help me.

Turn computer off. Turn it back on.

Right click program -> Run as admin

No need to install Flash and .NET, Flash is only needed if you're gonna use a trainer or use AoBs, .NET is for Stealth Core, etc.
You registered msinet.ocx twice btw
You're missing "RICHTX32.OCX"
Check (you need an account to see links) I made a while ago.
Run "StealthBuyerPro.exe" as admin (Right-click) and if it still says the program is offline logout and log back in from Windows or restart.
If none of that works I can try helping you via TeamViewer.

@(you need an account to see links) does he have some sort of antivirus installed? If so, he needs to disable completely or add SBP as an exception. (restart might be required)
