    If you have already updated all your info I don't think there's anything else you could do to make it more secure.
    If you have a smartphone and you're using outlook or gmail (I think yahoo has an option to send you a 6-digit code via SMS too) you could enable 2FA using the Authenticator and Microsoft Account apps respectively, that should reduce the chance of someone logging into your account(s).

    also the email was in spanish or something which is so weird because i live in north america and never use other languages for anything other than english...

    Aside from changing your passwords, pin, and enabling 2 factor authentication on your e-mail... there's not really much else to do. If you can find someone you trust, it'd be nice to have someone 'watch over' your account while you're gone for an extended period of time though.

    Usually when that happens its just some person that wants your ucs and is jealous, so they try to recover it to scare you.
