    But what is weird is that I've used my iPhone plenty of times for a couple days here and there to access neopets and this is the first time this is happening

    have you been logging on in a different location? ie. family members house, out shopping etc or staying at home or wherever you usually access neo? Or logging on from a computer to check neo there would also log you out from your phone because you can't be logged in twice

    It's most likely a glitch.

    There's a dominant glitch right now where if you're changing your password and you double click "Change info" or whatever in your user settings it'll auto log you out but confirm your password change.
    I'd imagine there's more floating around somewhere revolving around password changes if something like that exists.

    Most likely a glitch, but like others have said, there's no harm in changing password & pin just to be safe.
