Yeah, being frozen and disabled are the same thing. They're synonymous terms with each other. I believe the pages that used to tell you the reason why you were frozen said "Your account has been frozen for the following reason..", so that's where that term came from lol

as TNT though that telling the reason as to why you were frozen - were too easy for hackers to submit tickets/emails about
so they removed them...
meaning every.damned.ticket has to be sent through the either; scammed? or Frozen account section with no actual knowledge as to why you were frozen

Thankyou I didn't know that disabled and frozen are the same things :/ Actually after such a long time I have got my shell frozen probably 2 years

I was using an account which I obtained from unregistered emails. Today when I try logging into it, nothing happens and the neopets page of login appears again. I think TNT deleted the account. Now when I tried to search the account from another shell it shows "No username exists by that name". I wonder what happened. Any idea guys???? It had 20m + pure in it. I am really worried about it. Any suggestion guys??

Maybe you got hit with the same thing @(you need an account to see links) was hit with? He had an autoban of an account that had an unregistered email attached.
