I've never purchased NC before but was wondering if the delay also occurs when you redeem a NC card? Really messed up though that your money will disappear but neo doesn't show a transaction...

does buying with a debit/credit card ever glitch like PayPal? I've had NC not show up twice now when buying with PayPal. wondering if it'd be safer just to use a CC.
