I've had a lot of issues in the past with PP sooo here are some things that have worked for me.
- Try making a purchase. Sometimes the balance will update when you buy something from the Mall.
- Try buying another $5 of NC through PP. I've had to do this a few times for my first transaction to come through.
I always had trouble buying NC through paypal/NC card (I did get the NC two months later though). I usually will just buy through the site using my debit card (Visa/Mastercard). No extra giftbox but it gives me peace at heart knowing I will receive it
Every time this happens I've gone on paypal and filed a dispute, received neocash within 10 minutes
Did you get you NC to show up yet?? It's been 24 hours and still no NC showing up for me... gonna have to file a stupid ticket I guess.

As an update, still no neocash, it's been about 24 hours.
Probably going to file a ticket and dispute it with paypal.
Honestly, despite me never buying neocash, I'll be sure never to buy neocash online from neopets again lol.

there's no transaction appearing in neopets itself in the transaction log, despite the money being withdrawn in my bank account. i'm glad i didn't purchase more than $5.

This happened to me and I sent a ticket
it became a work in progress quite quickly. within a day. and my NC appeared in my account 2 days later.
That sucks, I'm sorry. Hopefully you receive your NC quickly or get your money credited to you.
do you guys know if you can get into trouble with Neo if you dispute and win a CB on Paypal? Like, I always worry that my account with get iced if I do that, even though I never received my NC.
