So I just purchased $5 on Neocash using Paypal, haven't received anything. The money had been withdrawn from my account.
I literally just made a joke about how people never receive the neocash they pay for, I guess I set myself up for this.
Should I send a ticket in or just get over it? I just disputed it with paypal.
