I got Tony recently. Everything seemed to be going well. He asked some questions to verify I was the account creator and such...was happy with the info I provided...but then he told me he could not reset my password as I have to use the original email to do so...however my reason for the ticket was that my email had became unregistered and someone else created it, hence getting into my account :/

It got frozen for cheating but by the time it happened I wasn't playing neo for like 6 months or so. I didn't even know that it was frozen until a real life friend asked me why it was deactivated.
It was my main account, I would never cheat on it n_n.
