We had a white furby. Our neighbour at the time was a commercial pilot and my Dad had asked him to find a furby for us. They were that toy no one could find at the time so we had a pilot find one during one of his layover stops lol. Turns out Mr. Furby was the most annoying pos we ever had but the memories of being annoyed make it one of the best things we ever got.

That thing the Furby would do where it made you think he'd sneeze but he was trolling you?
    Ahhh Ahhh Dooowahhh!

Feel like we should create a nostalgic 90's kid toys/stuff thread for some crazy throwbacks.

This lil thing was by far one of the best, a lot of kids of my neighborhood had it, either the one from the 1st or 2nd gen, and we battled connecting them by those lil ports on the top. It was extreme. My arm still hurts from all the shaking we did back then, the good old days.

That looks very similar to this toy called "Scannerz" where you scanned barcodes (like at a grocery store) to find monsters to fight/catch. Then you could battle someone else with one by connecting them at the top.

    What is yours called?

It's a digivice from the series Digimon, they also have monsters and you can fight with others, evolve and all that

My most memorable present was a gameboy color with Pokemon Blue.

I still remember the warm feelings I got staying up late in my bunk bed playing it for the first time.

my parents never really bought me electronic game systems and stuff for Christmas or birthdays because we were kind of poor, mainly just got clothes and maybe a toy.

but the best was probably a Nintendo Gameboy one year after my dad got a new job and started bringing in more money, even though the games me and my siblings got sucked, I went out and bought pokemon ruby when I saved enough

my dad got me an xb1 for my 21st last year though which was pretty cool, considering I was gonna go out and buy it for myself anyway
