    Guilds: Yes or No?

I tend to be extremely anti-social when it comes to on-site things. However, Neo has been more fun in the past when I was in a guild with a fellow cheater. We knew each other for a long time before hand, so don't mistake this as asking for an invite to a guild. But in general, do people get sus when you're in a guild still building up your account the way one can while cheating? I'm building up an account fairly fast and have considered joining, but really can't deal with the paranoia and questions some people throw at me.

Probably asked and answered before, but just wondering what your thoughts are in the modern day neopets.

YEs - I like being in a guild
I think just dont be to active so they want you on council. You can just say you are a really good gamer or have played long with very fast internet.
I dont realy AB or anything but I have never questioned someone about how there account is growing so fast or anything - it's a bit rude anyway.
I also think a guild gives you a team of people that can vouch for you if needed

You just have to go for one that doesn't have requirements so they don't question you. Maybe a NR guild or a theme guild? Active guilds that focus on chatting are always nice because no one cares about what your account looks like.

I think that unless you're in a guild that is an AI (account improvement) or guild with high req standards, there shouldn't be an issue.

I've always been in guilds. On my old main I was council in one guild and both the owners as well as the sub council all knew I was illegit and even started AOBing themselves to get trophies.

The guild I am in now I have told a couple of people I AOB games but that is it. I don't want to come out and say I autobuy as well considering a few of them restock and will sometimes moan about autobuyers.

I think you will find that not many people really care too much anymore. If you are worried then stay away from guilds for the moment until you feel comfortable enough to just build your account slowly.

I actually stupidly joined a guild before moving pets around and had a few questions. I stopped them up with "I have trading fodder hidden on 2 sides that look ugly, so i don't use them".
Having those stupid captchas helps a lot because no one wants to check my accounts out. It takes too long.

I love the social aspect. I'm building up mine VERY quickly... I haven't had one question yet.

Well sounds good. I'll give it a go. I have to find one that I like now which should be the fun part...

I'm not that social and I'm very shy to talk to people I don't know at guilds.
Last time I tried being in a guild, the only thing I did was staring the screen for a long time thinking what could I say to all those people there.
Then they took me off because I didn't participated there. I felt relieved.

My current gf used to play years and years ago and was all into guilds and decorating her page and interacting with other people. She also used an ABer and made good profits from it. Maybe she wasn't super lucrative so it didn't attract a ton of attention, but she didn't have any problems at all with suspicion.

I feel like you should only join one if you feel like you will be active and interact with them regularly (and as mentioned before, try to join a more social-oriented one)

This sounds like me 99% of the time. I can appreciate that.
