There is a Kitchen Quester bot in Stealth Core that will do the quests and alert you as well of what reward you got (stats, NP, item) and from my results so far running every day, it's mostly been stats. This helps speed up the training process for your pet(s)... which might be in your interest with the recent hints at a war/plot.
