It's just a shame they're only making minor changes to marginally please their dwindling support base, when they've done almost nothing to try to increase user base in years.

Just sad as someone who loves the site as much as any of you to see it like this.

K but why continuously bash? And you're saying you love the site now?

In case you didn't notice, the site went to a much smaller company so learning how to run the site to it's maximum potential will take a while.

JumpStart is already showing they are reaching out to as many different parts of the site as possible to deliver new content (flash games -> HTML5 is the future for all new games?, site events, site security, game economy, etc.)

Don't appreciate the sarcasm... That's also not being realist, that's just trying to pass your pessimism as realism.
I still don't see you taking into consideration/acknowledging the "little" efforts TNT/JS is making or suggesting something that would improve the current situation. Like someone told you before, seems like you're refusing to take a positive or even a neutral answer so this will be my last.
And I'm not actually defending neo/JS, it's obviously not as "big" as it once was but I still find it kinda enjoyable and I can see they're trying, everything starts with that.
Would be interesting to see how you manage a business though.

I'm honestly surprised with JS, they're bringing in more content to our game that isn't NC-related for once, important site-wide events didn't glitch out into oblivion, and NEW AVATARSSSS. I expect them to get even better at managing our Neopets, and I hope they come up with great plot ideas too.

Yeah seems after wearables the site started to go downhill... I think they put too many staff on that and forgot about the other departments.

Agreed! My two tickets were answered within 3 days (about Battledome and moving account). Fairly quick all things considered! They definitely improving.
