so like... could you make a ticket claiming you self-iced your accounts and want to come back when really you were frozen for buying/selling items or smth

they can't seem to remember the reason for freezing an account a couple of months ago
I'm not sure how that would go though.

I tried this with an account iced in 2011. They still knew, and proceeded to call me out for lying too. Dammit Tony

TNT goes by the rule that whenever you were at fault, they will forever remember but when the mistake is at their side, they suddenly have lost all information regarding the issue and they are unable to restore your account. Conclusion, player always loses!

I would imagine they are able to see why the account was frozen in the first place. If they aren't able to, I doubt they would just give you your account back. It would probably be the opposite; They don't know what happened, they don't give it back.

They can difference between self-freeze and getting frozen by them... what they forget soon is why they froze the account lol
