morphing potion not work on regular pet?

is there any reason that a morphing potion just doesn't morph the pet when used on it?
and the pet isn't a skeith or a grrarl?

i spent a decent chunk of np on this potion, used it, and nothing happened.
(i closed the inv window pretty quickly out of habit too)
i sent a ticket but this is a real bummer for me

the potion came out in april of this year ( i worry stating the specific one might leave a paper trail;; )
i have no clue what could have happened to it

I just read about this happening to someone else on one of the boards earlier this week... maybe it's a glitch that Jumpstart hasn't fixed yet? Try submitting a ticket! I think that's what the other person did. I wish I had taken screenshots for you. :/

Yeah, it has to be a glitch on TNT's end. Send in a ticket and hopefully, they'll change the pet for you/fix the MP.

A lot of the new potions from the last year haven't been activated properly.
It's something that's happened for years before Jumpstart got the site. Viacom was just better at addressing the issue.
