I didn't even know where to post this - I'm in shock.
I haven't been online with Neopets yet today.. but I just decided to get my dailies out of the way.
And the password of every single account I own has been changed.
How do I go about fixing this?? I don't even have an account to use, to recover all of these! SOS

And how did this even happen in the first place?! The number of accounts I own is under 10, but still quite a few. Literally every single one of them has been hacked..

If the account you made today is bad password, then it's definitely possible that you got chain iced.

@(you need an account to see links) Wow, that's super weird, are you 100% sure you're writting the pass correctly? If so, try the mail password change before anything, if that doesn't work or you don't have access to the mails then indeed, you would need to create a new account and send a ticket from there

Also yes, what Mophead said is true, you might have been frozen as well, if you need send me a PM with any of the usernames and I can check it for you and tell you if it's frozen or not
