Some question regarding UC

I have read up on some of the UC guide but i'm still confused as i need some help and advice thanks.
Just gotten back my first neopet account which i had help with the birthday crack and i have got a UC dari yurable inside . Can anyone tell me what is her current state is she legit or ilegit ? as i just gotten access to the account and is she safe to be trade for other UC ? Her name has 11 L with 2 words (no spacing etc) so is she counted as DN ?

That sounds DN or BN, depending on the pickiness of the buyer. It is legit, since it is yours originally, but it wouldn't be PC known.
