Someone randomly gave me long black wig with bangs. I think it's cuz they saw it on my wishlist. It's been a long dream of mine to own it but I gave up because I heard it was super hard to get but I never took it of the list. I don't wanna get frozen if it's stolen.

Thank you so much! Maybe I am overacting. I just checked a value guide and it doesn't seem like it's worth much anymore but I will definitely do what you said and lady low. Thanks for always being so helpful, I remember you helped me with a question I had last time too ^_^

Don't worry, that item is actually incredibly common and very easy to come by on the NCC! It was most likely just a random gifter, there are many generous Neopians who gift NC items (especially the easy-to-find ones) to random people (there's a Pay-It-Forward board for exactly that)! Either way, I wouldn't be too worried about receiving the wig; it's highly unlikely that you would be frozen over a NC gift.

You will more than likely be fine even if you didn't lay low! People gift NC items often and that's not a popular item at all so I really wouldn't worry about it being stolen. Congrats on your new wig!

Really wouldn't worry about it being stolen, people gift me on NCC quite often too, just some nice users on there

(Also NC is super safe, even if it was rare/expensive it is extremely unlikely to be frozen for NC bc they can't keep track of all the three way trading)

I think NP gifting gets flagged more than NC gifting (which is great if you're buying NC/GBCs offline). Also, NCCers are SUPER generous even though it involves real money. I love the community there c:

Honestly, buying NC is the easiest thing to do on here. You can send the highest-end crap and TNT doesn't give a single crap. Can't get rich in-game with it and as long as no one screams about their NC being stolen, they really don't care what you trade or gift.
