Oh no, I'm so sorry about this. Sending in a ticket is your best shot. Send it under "Scammed?" instead of frozen accounts for a higher chance of getting Alice/Susan instead of Tony/Rico. I hope you get your account back - neo has been a coping mechanism for me too and if you ever want to rant about your situation, I'm all ears.

Have you tried botting? It's a totally different aspect and honestly, you won't get frozen using a program like Stealth Core.

I had the same feeling a little over a month ago when my 8 year and 40mil legit account got iced. I started playing again after a long hiatus. I had premium and all the works, had worked hard on that account and had over 300 avatars. Then came back to playing, realized my main money making methods were taken off the site and decided to jump into ABing and Score sending without being cautious at ALL. I got iced I'm pretty sure for a bad score send, maybe raiders of maraqua (anyone know if that's a safe one to score send?) .....anyway, I was butthurt and stopped playing neo for a few days... then decided to make a new account and rebuild and I'm actually having fun rebuilding and like my new account way more.

Update: They iced five of my accounts, though only one had value. I'll submit a ticket and begin rebuilding again. Since they did freeze five accounts of mine that were related, should I start using another IP if I choose to rebuild?

If your pet is missing off of your account, it's entirely possible that someone could've gotten on and self-iced. :/ Is it on a different account?

I used the pound method to check my pets, and forgot that pets won't show up if their petpet is in Grave Danger lmao, my bad
