Closet crashing Shockwave

Recently purchased a new main with a pretty sizeable closet. Every time I try to customize my pets I get the shockwave can't load error. I've tried both Chrome and Firefox and neither is working.

See if the Closet Limit box is unchecked in the Site Preferences thingy, I don't know if it makes any difference but it's worth trying

The customization page, both on neopets and on jelly neo's wardrobe (and sometimes just looking at pet's lookup) freezes my firefox 99% of the time too

This was brought up like 6 months ago roughly actually. Lol

To many closet items will create the error so if you move some of the items to SBD it should be sweet. Must be huge!

Can't help you there besides uninstalling what ever browser and reinstalling it, clearing up your history and cache. Make sure the browser is all up to date as well.

Thanks all, i will let you know if I find a solution other than just making the closet smaller

Firefox is much more problematic to deal with Flash than other browsers. I know because I used it, gave up on using Flash stuff on it, because it'd literally freeze the computer and crash it whenever i pulled up any Flash application, including drawing apps and stuff. I now exclusively use Chrome for Flash stuff.
