My main was frozen for what I assume was accessing shells and stuff when I thought I was proxy protected but wasn't. If I submit a ticket from a side trying to get it back by lying or somethin, would that endanger my side getting frozen too?

I recently just tried to get back an old account that was frozen over 5 years ago for using programs, I think. I'm lying to say it was hacked that long ago and someone else used the programs not me. Blah blah. Longshot indeed.
Anyway, so I thought that if I did it directly from neopets that the accounts I use now would be endangered. I only have 4 though and not 5 so perhaps since I do not have 5 they wouldn't necessarily care - since you cannot have over 5. I would say if you regularly use 5 accounts you could be endangered. I can't 100% say for sure.
What I am trying instead is directly e-mailing support@neopets (for whatever reason you can't e-mail frozen@neopets so I don't know if they changed how they handled it?) Just in case they try to track my IP. What I am unsure of is if my IP that I use the accounts on can be tracked from the e-mail I sent. (The e-mail is the same as the account I am trying to get unfrozen, but not my other 4 accounts). I can let you know if I get a response. If so it might be easier to e-mail neo instead of sending the ticket on neo from the e-mail of the account you are trying to get back. It has been 2 days and no response for me though.
A couple weeks ago when my account was orginially frozen I tried emailing support@neopets and have yet to get a response so that's why I was submitting a ticket.
Probably a lost cause for me but we shall see.
I emailed them several times because I'm missing access to 3 accounts. I will let you know when-- if -- they reply. I hope they respond to you soon. I read on Reddit that it took them 2 months for them to reply to one person.
Edit: I also tried loading the Ticket Submission on Chrome, Firefox, and IE. Repeated process on Mac. No luck; I think it's just broken. =\
try clicking on another tab than the home page (like boards or explore or whatever) and then clicking on the help thingy. idk why but this has worked for me most of the time!
