Stealth Core requires clraik rank (the green userbar)+ to use the program, or VIP.

Also, I wanted to ask if there's an option on the Score Sender which makes the bot play a list of games and each game 3 times? Like, it plays 1000np worth of Kass Basher 3 times, then the next game worth of 1000nps 3 times, and so on... is this possible?

I'm not sure, as I don't play Neo often so I don't use the programs, but I'm sure that it's an option. I wouldn't recommend SSing to make Neopoints, but for avatars and trophies.
