I think that only works with those gendered colours, for example if you have a Royalboy and zap a gender change it will turn into a RG including those clothes. Not really sure though, never had that happen just from what I read before.
So I adopted a painted pet from the pound (unclothed, of course) and recently got a gender zap from the labray. Shouldn't I get their clothes automatically after a gender zap? or did I just make that up?

Can confirm it only works with gendered colors.
Source: my grarrl zapped gender change a few times while it was elderly and now i have like multiples of each clothing set

Swore I got pb clothes from zapping regular pets before. Weird. Guess I’ll pound the guy, lol
