For me it depended what support regarding the frozen ticket. I got Tony P and he was like it's not your main even though you know the details I know you're a cheater, I closed the ticket then tried again and got Alice, and she was like 'here you go, sorry about that'. Ha!

I cheated with premium for 2+ years. Score sending, autobuying, as well as buying items and neopoints without a shell and never got iced. Still have my account after about 9 years.
the only thing premium did for me was get my tickets noticed faster

I've had premium for 2 years now, bought pets mostly, and the ocassional neopoints purchase. Never had an issue; I was frozen once when I transferred a pet to a friend, to shuffle around my pets, as I had a full load. They unfroze both of us within a week, I think they do look at Premium and NC buyers tickets first, I mean they have to right? It's like Treating your Whales good at a Casino, if they aren't spending money you aren't making it.

I haven't been frozen for actually cheating, however, I had proof I wasn't cheating. A friend sent me a rogue ZDAP to help fuel my stamp addiction and he was frozen for cheating so I was as well. Being a premium member has nothing to do with you being frozen... My main account was frozen and was a premium account, haven't been able to get it back... Keep getting "since the transfer we cannot see your file so we cannot give you your account back"
I got iced because of a whoopsie on my side account. Didn't help me. I had premium from the beginning, too. Assholes.
Would be nice if they didn't but as long as they get there 2 cents they'd still freeze you.
