10,000 items in inventory - Need help gixing this

Any suggestions? I had 10,000 items in my SDB and removed them all from SDB like an idiot. how can I fix this?

You can only move like 70 items at a time in quickstock. You're fucked.

I'd suggest a program might be the best option.

update: Inventory page opened at 8,000 items. Please lock this thread - I've been enough of a dumbass tonight! Thanks everyone
