I was banned by Tony P. from making any new neopets accounts, what should I do?

Also does it help if a VPN? Would I still have to change my own IP even after using it?

When that dickass banned my brother in NC, I made him a new account from my house overseas, and he used his cell phone while he was at work or at his girlfriend's house to log on. I know it's not the same as playing at home, but it's a workaround.

Just change your normal IP and don't use a VPN.
