It doesn't bother me as much that they used the design.
It's the execution; the wig doesn't fit the eyries face quite right; the shading itself is dismal.
The stocking/pants combo is a mess; you could have done better with the fishnet design.
(or even used a similar design to the spiderweb nc stockings i've seen?)
I'm glad they're trying; but what would make people happier is to stop releasing filler content and fix the broken stuff.
I mean shit, you bring back habi or keyquest and that'd shut the majority of us up for a few months at the least.

I don't understand? Why is everyone angry? Neopets has used pop culture references ever since 1999.

Also, to everyone saying the outfit doesn't match Eyries: THEY'RE ALL FUCKING ANIMALS! None of them are going to look like Harley Quinn exactly. Even if there was a pet that looked human, would you want all the outfits to go to that pet? No, because we need variety.
