Yeah pretty much what i'm thinking. A lot of people still hold neopets to there standards from 10 years ago when the company then was actually making decent cash and had way better funding. If you ask me they're doing extremely well under the circumstances.

this actually made me curious because it looked very welsh, i thought maybe theyd just taken the welsh roots of Quinn and used them and i guess Cwin can also be an alternative spelling to quinn, but that doesnt remove the actual translation i guess?

I, personally, love the Harley Quinn outfit. I'm not a fan of the Suicide Squad movie, but I like her character design. The way I view it, it's almost a nod to the older players of the site.
