this isnt the first time, and it def wont be the last, that TNT has made a reference like this. imo, it's vague enough that they wouldnt necessarily need the rights to release this outfit, since "Suicide Squad", "Harley Quinn", etc etc arent actually named anywhere.
this is absolutely something theyve done before, like with the Star Trek grundo clothes (there's actually an entire petpage dedicated to pop culture references on neopets (you need an account to see links))

i just hate it. on the eyrie it looks horrible, and in general the idea was just bad. but that's just my personal opinion

There was a release that looked like the outfit of Babydoll from Suckerpunch. I think it was an origin outfit but idk.

I think this would have been suited for like a NC super pack for Halloween. Definitely would have been better quality and made them some $$.

That's a really cool petpage! I think a few of those might be stretching it a bit (Red Stapler = Office Space), but still really cool. Thanks for sharing, I've never seen this page before.
