Selling acrives is banned. Targeting actives we can not control and it's everybody for themselves.


On a side note, I think it's funny how the opinions of many people has changed over time. Before, on ck, hitting and selling actives was a very common thing. We had the whole, hack or be hacked mindset. Then it gravitated towards hitting inactives is the way to go and much better. After that password reset, im personally back to the hack or be hacked method. I haven't had any time to even look through any of my old logs but much of them are useless now that tnt did the reset. Both active and inactive accounts are inaccessible. So whatever I can get into, when I get time, I will. Whether out of curiosity to see what's still on there, or to secure things from it and let it sit. Tnt really shot themselves in the foot with that reset and im sure they will realize that further down the road.

Probably, but where's the fun in that?! The only issue is that along with big accounts, shell accounts also got their pass reset so it's basically not even worth messing with actives anymore because there aren't enough easily accessible accounts to pass things through.

Good to know good to know. I change my passwords often anyways. Probably still not safe

I changed all my passwords and emails recently for the main + sides combo I'm currently using, but I don't have anything worth taking I wouldn't think. :^/

Just update your info and keep a secure, separate email and you'll be fine. Why are people so afraid of being targeted when it's so easy to secure your shit?

I've got my stuff on a good safe email that's relatively fresh that I only use for a character tumblr otherwise so, hopefully things will be just fine. I just kind of get alarmed after someone compromised my oldest main and I lost it but that was partially my fault anyway I guess for not taking down all its info. :^/

When I was an active player I kept a separate secure email only for neopets. I know that in the past some people have tried to crack neo accounts by snooping out other websites that had accounts that shared the neopets email. Unsurprisingly a lot of people just use the same passwords/emails across various sites, or posted easily found personal info that could be used to answer security questions.

Separate email + updated info + don't go around posting personal info linked to yourself and neo

This kept me safe when people actively targeted me for having nice things so now that I'm quitting on my own terms I get to be the one to sell my own neo stuff and profit, not some thief.
