Mass freezing wave going on

i got locked out of one of my side accounts, but it isn't frozen. which i'm also seeing a lot of. not sure why some people are being frozen and some aren't. but people on the boards were saying within the last couple of days, they received an email from neo telling them to change their passwords

There is pretty much two daily posts on reddit since the 1st and their facbook has a ton of messages, Jelly Neo Dave was even affected. They have a post abotu it on SunnyNeos news page

Ive seen two of my friends get iced, and one just is either lurking / chatting in the guild in which you rarely see them do anything wrong at least from my point of view

Pretty sure they're doing it because of the captchas.
The second time they were implemented they were made to flag accounts that input too many captchas.

I've been using captchas daily. I think I need to avoid using it for now. I really enjoy looking at people's lookups and pets but that does not mean that Im a cheater. TNT have messed up big time. It makes captcha pointless if we do it right and still get frozen. Then, I question the existence of the captcha implementation as it brings more trouble and losses.

My favorite part of Neo is judging people, so the captchas really put a downer on things for me. And now I might get iced for silently judging pplz.

wow that's smart and dumb maybe they need to raise the bar on that one or maybe some people need to stop snooping either way this is dumb.
