Its been 4 months exactly since I lost my main in the AC banwave under mysterious circumstances. Its only now I can even click onto clraik without getting upset. No one has ever even opened the ticket I sent the first week. I think my best bet might be to stop for 1 year and hope there are new ticket staff by then. I don't know.
Other than that, how is Neo? and this community? I play ChickenSmoothie and FlightRising now. In a lot of ways they are less frusterating than neo but I have less of an emotional connection to them.

Neo's pretty much the same. No drama or anything too big has happened.
A new name and avatar have been released (AAA'a Revenge). I don't play often at all so I might be missing something lol.
I'm sorry about your main, but I'm glad to see you back. Maybe you'll find an even better main?

Neopets is dead and since I got frozen on AC banwave I dedicated my time to play padventures is a pokemon online RPG
Meh, I chat in my guild and pretty much lurk boards.
Neo is experiencing a dead zone that's for sure.
I think if jumpstart started fixing user problems first before new content we'd be okay.
Also possibly start advertising on tv again; it'll kickstart some nostalgia at least.

nothing too exciting has happened. just the release of the aforementioned game/avatar.
i personally have not gotten my account back during the wave. it's about 50/50 when it comes to that. i suggest cutting your loss and walking away while you can. the site keeps sinking with seemingly empty promises of "new things to come".
Staff do respond eventually. Just keep bugging them. There's also a board in the Help chat you can paste your ticket number into with a brief description. I've gotten two tickets answered in a day that way, and one of the two accounts was returned to me.
Be persistent! You still have a chance, I promise.
I've read people have gotten their accounts back especially those posting on their FB page.
